🌿 Entering Our Summer Pause

GROW Summer Pause

Living What We Learned

As we close this season of GROW and enter our Summer Pause, I want to take a moment to celebrate what God has done among us.

When we began this journey through Exodus, I did not know exactly where God would take us. I thought we would spend time studying Moses as a leader, but God had something deeper in mind. He invited us into a season of formation.

Over these past weeks, we have wrestled with courage, trust, follow-through, obedience, provision, mental alignment, and transformation.

What has encouraged me most is not simply what we learned about Exodus.

It is what I watched happen in each of us.

I watched participants become more honest.

I watched people ask deeper questions.

I watched people take responsibility for their own growth.

I watched us learn that small acts of obedience matter.

I watched us wrestle with fear, control, complacency, distraction, and trust.

And I watched God meet us there.

I celebrate every part of this journey.

I celebrate those who were in the room every week.

I celebrate those who faithfully joined us by phone and showed up Sunday after Sunday.

I celebrate those who asked hard questions.

I celebrate those who shared testimonies.

I celebrate those who were learning all over again.

I celebrate those who discovered they could no longer fly under the radar because God was calling them deeper.

Every story matters.

Every step matters.

Every act of obedience matters.

🌿 What Summer Pause Means

This pause is not an ending.

It is an opportunity to live what we have learned.

This summer we will continue to serve through Hope 1 Ministries outreach opportunities.

We will continue to practice courage in action.

We will continue to trust God for provision.

We will continue taking small steps of obedience.

We will continue allowing God to form us.

Because growth does not stop when the meetings stop.

Some of the deepest work God does happens between gatherings.

🌿 Final Encouragement

As you move through the summer, remember what we learned from Exodus:

When there seemed to be no way, God made a way.

When provision seemed impossible, God provided.

When fear was present, God remained faithful.

When obedience felt difficult, God honored the follow-through.

Trust Him.

Take the next small step.

Stay engaged with His Word.

And allow what you have learned to come alive in your everyday life.

We will gather again in August for our Mid-Year Check-In, but until then, may this be a season of reflection, application, service, and growth.

Grace and Peace,

Monica
