OPERATION LOVE “WE CARE” SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING PROGRAM
Mission Statement
Hope 1 Ministries has implemented Operation Love “We Care” Supplemental Feeding Program. Our Mission: To operate a Supplementary Feeding Program with particular emphasis on promoting food security and good nutrition by providing safe food in the nutritionally vulnerable groups of the population and those at risk of malnutrition and other related nutrition deficiencies. Namely the disadvantaged and primary students and those at risk of malnutrition and other related nutrition deficiencies.
Vision Statement
It is envisaged that a continued timely supply of good nutritious safe food will result in the prevention and or reduction of nutritional diseases and lead to improved health and a better quality of life.
Target Market
Initially the program targeted people without housing or un housed families of a low socio-economic background and those who are nutritionally vulnerable. However, any person can be enrolled in the program.
Program Objectives
- To promote food security and good nutrition by providing safe food in the nutritionally vulnerable groups of the population and those at risk of malnutrition and other related nutrition deficiencies.
- To prevent malnutrition in the nutritionally vulnerable groups of the population elderly, families without housing and disadvantage families with children.

OPERATION LOVE: STREET OUTREACH AND SUPPROTIVE SERVICES Mission Statement
Operation Love is the missions’ arm of Hope 1 Ministries. Our goal to simply help as many hurting people as we possibly can by demonstrating the love and compassion of Jesus Christ to the world through humanitarian acts and community engagements. In Mathew 22:37-40 , Jesus said to him, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. The second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the law and the prophets depend on these two commandments.”

OPERATION LOVE EMBRACES MEN AND WOMEN EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS AND POVERTY WITH THE COMPASSION OF JESUS CHRIST, AS HE ALONE GIVES HOPE AND HEALING FOR A RESTORED LIFE.
Target Market

Program Objectives
- To assist unsheltered individuals in accessing shelter, appropriate housing and/or supportive services as identified outreach team member. To help establish supportive relationships, and hopefully enhance the possibility that they will access necessary services and supports that will help them move into some form of housing, preferably permanent, sustainable housing. appropriate housing.
- To prevent malnutrition in the nutritionally vulnerable groups of the population elderly, families without housing and disadvantage families with children.
- To provide, either directly or through referral, an array of services that meet basic needs and help integrate/re-integrate clients into the community. Services may include: Basic Needs Hygiene products (toothbrushes, socks, soap, etc.) Small snacks and water, Blankets and Cold weather clothing (hats, gloves, coats, health supplies and information, Sheltering Information Seasonal supplies when available (sunscreen, bug spray, hand warmers, etc.

- We purchase beautiful items to prepare gift bags to deliver to many seniors in our community on Christmas Day.
- We support a local Assisted Living Facility that houses 53 residents with personal hygiene items and other lovely gifts on Christmas Day
- We provide other seniors in other states and within the community with personal care items throughout the year.
- We collect and prepare food boxes for single-parent families in need during the holidays and throughout the year.
- We collect eye wear and toiletry items to donate to people in Jamaica in need of resources and supplies.
- We have collected and distribute clothing, personal care items, and other supplies for families and children in New Mexico.
- We purchase school supplies to be distributed to children in need during back-to- school time in our community.
- We support a local Christian school by supplying supportive items to the teaching staff and administrators.
- We also train, develope, and educate leaders in the areas of evangelism and outreach
- We purchase and distribute gifts to build the self-esteem of women and girls through
