OPERATION LOVE CHRISTMAS OUTREACH- December 2021

Operation Love is the missions arm of Hope 1 Ministries. Our goal to simply help as many hurting people as we possibly can by demonstrating the love and compassion of Jesus Christ to the world through humanitarian acts and community engagement.  The focus of Operation Love Christmas Outreach has been to provide support to people without homes, the elderly and single families by providing them with personal care items, food and clothing.  The volunteers go out on Christmas day and bring a little Christmas joy to them. It’s amazing to see the joy in their eyes when we place a gift, donated by our faithful partners, families and friends and others, into their hands! Operation Love embraces men and women experiencing homelessness and poverty with the compassion of Jesus Christ, as he alone gives hope and healing for a restored life.

 This Christmas, we intend to continue in our outreach, and are in need of the support of the community via donated goods, volunteer time, etc.  We are accepting donations until Sunday, December 12th.  The Donation list can include, but is not limited to: tube socks, soap, deodorant, toothpaste, mouthwash, lotion, non-perishable food items, blankets, word search puzzle books. Hope For Seniors Supplemental Feeding Program

Hope 1 Ministries has implemented Operation Love “We Care” Supplemental Feeding Program. Our Mission: To operate a Supplementary Feeding Program with particular emphasis on promoting food security and good nutrition by providing safe food in the nutritionally vulnerable groups of the population and those at risk of malnutrition and other related nutrition deficiencies. Namely the disadvantaged and primary students and those at risk of malnutrition and other related nutrition deficiencies. 

It is envisaged that a continued timely supply of good nutritious safe food will result in the prevention and or reduction of nutritional diseases and lead to improved health and a better quality of life. https://hope14me.org/hope-1-ministries-community-affairs/

HOPE FOR KIDS

Hope 4 Kids go into the schools and community parks to build relationships with the children of all ages. Engaging them by playing recreational games, arts and crafts, sports and conversations about life issues or concerns that they may have. The volunteers have mentored to students K-8th grade. Consequently, one of the four core values of Hope 1 Ministries is built on the vision that education serves as a keystone in improving society and building better futures for all.
