Good Morning!

I’m on day #2 of Irresistible Invitation RESPONDING TO THE HEART OF GOD by, Maxie D. Dunnam.   Here is a passage from today’s read:   What we need to know, however, is that God owns the darkness as well as the light, and that God is present in the night as well as in the day.  Years before, I had a full understanding of the fact that in this world I too will experience some dark days in my life and that I’m not exempt from trouble.  I would get so upset and disappointed when things did not work out well or trouble came knocking at my door.  If I had only prayed more, gave more or may be even fasted more just maybe this would not have happen.  The truth is in this world as the author stated from Irresistible Invitation, God is present in the night as well as in the light.  He never ever leaves us to handle trouble alone.  I think of many instances in my life when I was in some very scary situations.  However, looking back on those situations today I can see how God was very present in my life.  He would send people to encourage me or help me in some way or another.  I will close with this passage from the book.  We may not understand it, but we can know full well that God is in the midst of everything.  Not only does God bring deliverance from darkness; sometimes God reveal himself most vividly in the darkness.  We may not understand it or be able to explain it, but we can know full well that GOD is in the midst of everything.  Please know that someone loves you and cares passionately about you and His name is Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God!  God bless you and have a fantastic Day!
