Grace And Peace Family!
Do you have any weaknesses? Well, we all are dealing with some human weaknesses. And we all have things that we wrestle with that we want to get rid of in our lives. This truth is so opposed to what the world teaches that we often struggle to accept it even the apostle Paul battled this issue. His famous “thorn in the side” kept him weak, but God’s refusal to remove it brought Paul to his knees—and into Christ’s infinitely greater strength.
The devil wants us to look at our weakness as an opportunity for failure and discouragement. but God wants us to look at our weakness as opportunity for His grace to be manifested in our lives, an opportunity for us to “be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might (Ephesians 6:10). “The solution to our human frailty is not to try harder, but to turn Godward.”

How we see ourselves will determine how we relate to God
Here’s something we can both agree on, no matter how strong we are, God is stronger. He wants to carry the heavy things of our lives, but we have to allow him to do so. And on top of that, it’s so important how we see our human weaknesses. We want to see it in light of scripture. Matter of fact, how we see ourselves will determine how we relate to God
Here’s what I mean, sometimes God has to remind us of our humanity as He did with Apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 12:1-10. For example, Paul sees his weakness as a handicap, he thinks weakness is a handicap the word weakness means his human frailty. He sees his human weakness as human fragility making him less of an individual and less affective, but God wanted Paul to see it differently. Ultimately, Jesus surrendered to the will of the Father, and Paul does too: And we, too can conclude God’s Grace is enough!
“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
2Corinthians 12:9
Praising God for His Amazing Grace!
Therefore, we praise God for His amazing grace! For in our time of weakness, “His power is made perfect in our weakness. “His grace is sufficient. And we can boast all the more gladly of our weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon us. For the sake of Christ, then, we are content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when we are weak, then we are strong (2 Corinthians 12:9-10). Dr. Charles Stanley states, “Disappointment is inevitable. But to become discouraged, there’s a choice I make. God would never discourage me. He would always point me to himself to trust him. Therefore, my discouragement is from Satan. As you go through the emotions that we have, hostility is not from God, bitterness, unforgiveness, all of these are attacks from Satan.
So, it is my sincere prayer that you will meditate on this encouraging word from God and make it your goal to see yourself in light of the scriptures to finish this year stronger than ever! May God bless you and your family always.
