Prayer Walk Update: Women of Courage

Grace and Peace Family!

Thank you for joining us in a #PrayerWalk as we approached heaven’s throne on behalf of
our families, our communities and our nation. In Psalm 116:2 (NLT) it says Because he
bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath! Our vision is to cover every school neighborhood and state in prayer. We praise God that we can join together to lift up our schools, communities and neighborhoods!

Saturday, December 4th Prayer for Twin Lake Elementary School

“True prayer is a way of life, not just for use in cases of emergency. Make it a habit, and when the need arises you will be in practice.”

But let all those rejoice who put their trust in You;
Let them ever shout for joy, because You defend them;
Let those also who love Your name
Be joyful in You.
– Psalm 5:11 NKJV

Verses To Pray On Your Prayer Walk

  • Here are some wonderful Bible verses that you can include in your prayers as you prayer walk.
  • See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you and his glory appears over you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.” Isaiah 60:2-3 NIV
  • “Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people he chose for his inheritance.” Psalm 33:12 NLT
  • Praise be to the name of God forever and ever; wisdom and power are his. He changes times and seasons; he deposes kings and raises up others. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.” Daniel 2:20-21 NIV
  • Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” Matthew 6:9-10 NIV
  • Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin condemns any people.” Proverbs 14:34
  • The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” Proverbs 9:10
  • Get rid of all bitterness, rage, and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other just as in Christ God forgave you.” Ephesians 4:31-32
  • “We do not make requests of you because we are righteous, but because of your great mercy. Lord, listen! Lord, forgive! Lord, hear and act! For your sake, my God, do not delay, because your [nation] and your people bear your Name.” Daniel 9:19
  • He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.  I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” Psalm 91:1-2
