Your Freedom is Done Deal

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. (2 Corinthians 3:17)
Happy Independence Day Family!
As we gather today to fellowship with family and friends let us reflect not only on the meaning of freedom that underline this day but also the freedom, we have in Christ.  Here are a few scriptures for this week’s devotional that will remind us of the true liberation we have because of the sacrifice of Jesus. Prayerfully, these scriptures remind us that true freedom does not come through the works of men but from the power of God.  Jesus died so that we could be free from sin and the punishment of sin so, let us celebrate our freedom today!

Remember, the devil knows that if he can take control of one small area of your mind, he can begin to expand outward into other weak areas of your life. Therefore, don’t you think it’s time for you to start reading your Bible and filling your mind with God’s thoughts? There is no better mental protection against the enemy’s strategies than to fill your brain with God’s Word! It will strengthen you and keep your mind free from unbelief and lying strongholds. So, take God’s Word deep into your mind, and stop the devil from finding access into your life

Sincerely,
Monica T.

My Prayer for Today Lord, I thank You that my redemption is a done deal! It’s not something I’m trying to get; it’s something You’ve already purchased and accomplished in my life. Help me renew every area of my mind so I can enjoy the liberty You purchased for me. Give me a desire to experience Your freedom in every sphere of my life and a determination to reject any form of bondage that tries to hang on to me! I pray this in Jesus’ name!sparking gems from the greek
My Confession for Today I confess that I am free! Sin has no more hold on me! Bondages and habits from the past have no more legitimate right to exercise their control over me! I rejoice that God sent Jesus to buy me out of my slavery and place me in His family as His own child. I declare that I am forever removed from the curse of sin. I agree that it’s a done deal!  I declare this by faith in Jesus’ name!

The Word of God is like a lamp that provides light in a darkened room. When its truths are embraced, it shines light into every sphere of life, bringing understanding and enlightenment and eradicating the ignorance that governs darkened minds. The Scriptures are God’s lamp to give continuous light to a people or society that would lie in darkness if the source of that light was removed. Only the light of God’s Word drives away spiritual darkness — which is why demonic forces hate the Light and the Light-bearers! We invite you to join us for this week’s devotional as we dive into God’s Word together and learn how to live victoriously for him! DAILY DEVOTION – HOPE4ME (hope14me.org)Your Freedom is Done DealMemory Verse:  Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree.— Galatians 3:13
