Psalm 37:25 I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken or his children begging for bread.
The life of David was filled with blessings, but it was also filled with difficulty and trials. More than once, David had to flee for his life. He even went to the Philistines and pretended to be crazy when hiding from Saul. Yet throughout his troubles, David always trusted in God, and as a result, he saw great things from God. He did not ever see God forsaking one of His children—and no one will ever see that. God has given us an eternal and unfailing promise that He will always love and care for His children. The Bible says, “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee” (Hebrews 13:5).
The world often suggests that when things go wrong, it means God has abandoned us. Even those who claim to teach the Word of God may say this. However, Scripture repeatedly shows us that even when God allows difficult situations in our lives, He is still present. The devil takes pleasure when we become convinced that God has let us down because he knows that undermining our faith will lead to changes in our behavior. Instead of allowing our circumstances to shake our faith, we should rely on the faithful promises of God and trust that He knows what is best for us.
Our senses through ignorance of Reality, falsely tell us that what appears to be, is. FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real

Reflections: No matter what our circumstances may be, God has not forgotten us, and He never will.
Prayer: For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from him.
He only is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be shaken.
On God rests my salvation and my glory; my mighty rock, my refuge is God. Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us. Selah Psalm 62:5-8
