Psalm 147:3 “He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds.”
There is no circumstance too painful, no heart too broken to be beyond God’s healing ability.
The Psalmist writes of a patient God who hears His people cry out in times of stress and difficulty. He hears His people. God hears us when we call out when we need help and comfort. The situation may not suddenly be ‘better’. But the comfort the Lord provides can bring peace. It brings calmness to a situation where healing is needed.
There are times of grief, times of sadness, times of physical pain and suffering, times of mental anguish. We all have times when we need healing. We rightly call out to God. Sometimes the situation is resolved quickly and other times it may not be resolved in the way we had hoped. But God is there in the midst of it all. He provides comfort and that comfort can bind our wounds and all the things that afflict us.
No matter what you’re going through at this time, God is with us. Even if you’re not in need of specific healing, we can know, and rest assured of His presence. He hears and heals and binds up wounds. Always.
He healeth the broken in heart,. Christ is a physician; many are the diseases of his people; he heals them all by his blood, stripes, wounds; and among the rest their broken hearts, which none can cure but himself; hearts broken by the word, as a hammer, accompanied with a divine power; which have a true sense of sin, and godly sorrow for it; are truly contrite, such as the Lord has a respect unto, dwells with, and accepts of; and these he heals, and only he, by pouring in oil and wine, as the good Samaritan; or by applying pardoning grace and mercy to them, streaming through his blood; Bub Hub

I am laid low in the dust; preserve my life according to your word. Psalm 119:25
Prayer: “Dear God, I surrender to you and give you every wound of my heart. Please, let everything that I have lived, work for good. Help me know your will, even in uncomfortable situations. Help me forgive as you forgive me every day. In the name of Jesus, amen”.
