What is Art journaling?  is a creative form of self-expression that combines elements of writing, drawing, and mixed media art. It’s like a visual diary, where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a tangible and expressive way. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or someone who’s never picked up a paintbrush, art journaling provides a space for you to create without rules or limitations. Here are some reasons why you might want to start an art journal: You can use a journal to plan, focus, and reflect,

• It’s carefree. Firstly, art journaling is carefree. What I mean is you can’t go right or wrong here. The thing you enjoy the most is the process of creating. So, the result is not that important. The truth is that every result, every page you create in your journal says something about you.
• Art journaling knows no fear. Secondly, art journaling allows you to let go of fear. If there’s no right or wrong, if every mistake is a chance to learn, then you can create freely without fear. How amazing is that? This was the greatest revelation I had about art journaling.

On those “Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Days,” art journaling allows you to express your emotions and release them onto the page. It’s therapeutic and freeing.
