Psalm 33:4-5 For the word of the Lord is upright, and all his work is done in faithfulness. He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the steadfast love of the Lord.
Courage To Lead
“God has perfect timing trust Him.” Being a leader can be scary. Whether you’re an old pro or just getting comfortable with taking charge, there will be times you may be unsure of where to turn or what to do next.
“If God wants a thing to succeed – you can’t mess it up. If He wants a thing to fail – you can’t save it. Rest and just be faithful.”People are not always going to agree with your beliefs or trust in your ability to get the job done. Over time, the relationships in your life will have time to mature and grow stronger. However, there may come a day where you have no idea what to do. Thankfully, we serve a great leader whose promises are clearly written out for us in the Bible.
In Psalm chapter 33, we are reminded that the Lord’s plans stand firm, and His intentions can never be shaken. His plan for our life is far greater than we could ever imagine. Throughout your life, you may find God calling you to do something out of your comfort zone. Your heart may be compelled to be a leader where no one else has stepped up. When the waters rise and you feel like sinking, ask God for help. Pray every day for the perfect words to say and things to do. Just because we’re leading others doesn’t mean we can’t also be led in the right direction.
“We can trust God’s Word to be the absolute authority in all matters of life because it is the very words of Almighty God written through human vessels inspired by the Holy Spirit.”

Reflections: Challenge: A leader will trust in the Lord’s plan. Think of three ways you could get out of your comfort zone this week.
Prayer: Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. Be exalted, oh God, with the melody of a heart set free to worship you. My source of hope, joy, and the Lord of my life, you are my song! Amen.
